I think I understand your question, Sara. The answer is simple. Any time you use material from another source, you identify the location of the original. For example, you say, Bill Cosby, in his book "Fatherhood," defines a father as,"The only man in your life who's obligated to love you."

That's a fictional example I just made up to illustrate the technique. Does that answer your question?
